Why should I choose to pay with Payit?
When you select Payit to pay, you’ll see all your bank balances in one view so you’ll get to choose the bank account you would like to make your payment from.
Once you’ve made your payment, you’ll see an instant update to your available credit unlike other payment methods that take much longer to reach your account and don’t provide and instant update to your available credit.
How do I use Payit?
When you make a payment at checkout, you’ll get the option to choose to pay with Payit.
- Checkout and select ‘Make a payment’
- Select Payit and choose the bank and bank account you want to make your card payment from
- Authenticate using your your normal mobile banking journey, and that’s it
Your payment will be made immediately and you’ll see instantly how much you have to spend.
Is Payit a safe and secure way to make a payment?
Yes, Payit is a safe and secure way to make a payment. Payit does not share any personal or financial information.
I have a Direct Debit or CPA (Continuous Payment Authority) set up, can I still make payments using Payit?
This does not affect your Debit Debit or CPA payments already set up on your account. These payments will continue as normal.
Do I need to have a NatWest account to choose to pay with Payit?
No, you don’t need to have a NatWest account to pay with Payit. Simply select Payit when you make a payment and you’ll see a list of your available bank accounts you can make your payment from. Customers of all major UK banks can use Payit.
Can I pay with Payit at any time and will always get an instant update?
You can make a payment with Payit at any time. The instant update to your available credit is subject to your banks standard processes and checks.
Can I use Payit if I don’t have online banking?
No, you need to be registered for mobile banking with the bank you’d like to pay from before you can make payments using Payit.
